Snack Pepper 'Fresh Bites'
Pre-order for local pick-up available as early as April 15.
‘Fresh Bites’ are a sweet snack pepper that works well to consume fresh or throw into a quick stir fry or grilled veggie platter. This mini-me sweet pepper is intended for container growing, but I have planted as an in-ground border in my raised bed garden with success.
This sweet pepper produces 2” long fruit that can be harvested when green or in color. Choose from three color variations—red, orange, and yellow—or collect them all!
Height & Spread: ~12”

A Note from the Grower
Who doesn’t love miniatures? ‘Fresh Bites’ peppers are a perfect tabletop variety that can work in slightly lower light (6+ hours) and have the handy feature of being easy to move around as needed. Kids love them too!
Peppers can bring more than heat to the table. In this peck of peppers, you’ll find that peppers don’t have to be hot to be interesting. They are a staple in cuisines around the world.
Picking peppers was one of my favorite tasks in the garden as a kid. There was something so much more rewarding about snipping through a big, fat bell pepper stem.
In my sweet pepper selection, you’ll find your classic blocky bells, a few pretties, and a few other specialty peppers renowned for their flavor. The one thing they all have in common is their mild flavor. They may be smokey or tangy, but NOT HOT. To learn more about ideal pepper care, head to the Plant Guide.
