A Note from the Grower
There’s nothing quite like a fresh slice of cucumber to signify summer is on the way. Cucumbers are a staple in the garden. As such, I have them here in several forms. Not everyone has space for a large cucumber vine, so I worked to include cucumbers that work for ANY SPACE.
In my catalog, you’ll find burpless varieties (cucumbers without bitter skins) that can grow trellised in the garden, trellised in a container, or by leaving the trellis altogether. If you have care questions, head over to the Plant Guide.
Dwarf vegetable varieties are not heavy producers, but they allow you a taste of a little something-something without the effort of a full size garden. Can you imagine having a miniature vegetable garden besides those herbs on the patio, porch or deck? Mini veggies are just too fun to resist!
