A Note from the Grower

This is what Kansas gardening is all about—the slicer! In my slicer catalog, you’ll find some old-time favorites and some new favorites of mine. A couple things all these tomato varieties have in common is that they are flavorful and adapted well to our climate. Like the other plants I have grown, all of my tomato slicer varieties were selected intentionally to make your gardening experience excellent.

In my catalog, slicers typically range in size from 6 oz. to 10 oz. (that’s what I classify as a classic slicer) and have a round shape. My selections vary in levels of acidity; and, there are several indeterminate and determinate growth habits in my catalog. That way, you can choose what growth habit you prefer.
