A Note from the Grower
Okra is in the mallow family and LOVES the warmth. May planting is ideal to ensure the soil has warmed up and can support okra rooting.
Be sure to harvest pods when they are 3-4” long. Any bigger, and okra pods become tough. For more okra plant care pointers, head to the Plant Guide.
